Alumnus to speak to students Friday

On March 22, alumnus Scott Salmirs ’84 will be returning to campus. He is the President and CEO of ABM Industries. The company delivers unique facilities solutions for the Aviation, Commercial Real Estate, Education, Government, Healthcare, Industrial & Manufacturing, Sports & Entertainment, Technology and other industries. Scott Salmirs joined ABM in 2003, holding several executive management positions over the years. Previously, he spent 12 years running ABM’s Northeast region. Prior to joining ABM, he spent more than 20 years in the corporate facilities business, holding leadership positions and managing the building portfolios for CBRE, Goldman Sachs, and Lehman Brothers.

In the past, Scott has primarily met with students pursuing studies in the fields of Business and Economics. Realizing that his personal and professional experiences have value for students across many disciplines, his sessions are being opened to all students for the first time. We encourage your students to attend one or both of the following events on 3/22/19:

10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Open Presentation: Leveraging Your Skills in the Workplace

Craven Lounge, Morris Conference Center

11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
