Student Research and Creative Activity Day call for presenters

2019 Student Research & Creative Activity Day (April 18 & 19) CALL FOR PRESENTERS:

The 2019 Student Research & Creative Activity (SRCA) Day showcase will be held in the Hunt Union on Thursday, April 18 (1-5 pm) AND Friday, April 19 (9 am to 1 pm). All students are welcome to present their independent research/creative activity projects, and we encourage presentation of projects that span the disciplines; however, presentations related to a class assignment or course requirement will be limited.

(Faculty should contact Kathy Meeker for more details.) Students can choose to present at Session I (Thursday, April 18 from 1–5pm) or Session II (Friday, April 19 from 9 am–1 pm), and can request a variety of presentation formats (poster, computer display, oral presentation, other exhibit).

The deadline to indicate participation and submit abstracts for presentation is Sunday, March 17, 11:59 pm. Please submit project information via the online form available here. Projects will not be included for display at SRCA Day unless the requested information is submitted via the online form by the deadline.

Please check the SRCA Day website regularly for updates, including information on the Keynote Speaker and Luncheon (Thursday, April 18 at noon). Mark your calendars and plan to attend the SRCA Day event on April 18 & 19; and, encourage your students to participate and/or attend!

Contact the Grants Development Office – Kathy Meeker x2632 or Chris Barberio x2434 – if you have questions regarding SRCA Day.
