OEI to host Introduction to Intergroup Dialogue

On Tuesday, March 5, The Office of Equity and Inclusion will be hosting an Introduction to Intergroup Dialogue in the CME from 8:30 a.m. to noon. This session is for faculty and staff who want to learn more about facilitating inclusive conversations in and out of the classroom. We will be speaking about the areas of race, ethnicity, gender and sexuality,  and this will be an interactive workshop that will require your full participation and openness to have difficult conversations. We strongly encourage attendees to stay for the duration of the workshop.

This workshop will be led by Andrew Stammel, Title IX and Affirmative Action Officer, Dasia Morman, Coordinator of the Center for Multicultural Student Initiatives, and Faith Tiemann, Director of Multicultural Student Initiatives.

If you are interested in attending, please RSVP to Faith Tiemann by Friday March 1 at 5 p.m. at faith.tiemann@gmail.com or x2663. Space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible. We will have snacks and coffee upon arrival.
