How to: Apply for an Innovative Instruction Technology Grant

SUNY IITG Program 2019 – Call for Grant Applications – March 3rd Deadline

SUNY’s Innovative Instruction Technology Grants (IITG) program promotes research and fosters understanding of how new technologies support academic excellence and impact student learning and success. The IITG program supports a wide range of priorities through three tiers of funding (Tier I: up to $10k with no campus match; Tier II: up to $20k with 25% campus match; and Tier III: up to $60k with 50% campus match).

Since its inception in 2012, our campus has been the recipient of thirteen IITG awards! The deadline for applications to the IITG Round 8 (2019) is Sunday, March 3rd. Applications must be coordinated through the Grants Development Office (GDO); the GDO website includes an IITG Fact Sheet that summarizes the program and application process. Interested faculty and staff must contact the GDO by Friday, February 8 to indicate their intent to apply.

For more information and to view the Request for Proposals for IITG Round Eight (2019) visit the SUNY IITG Commons. Contact the GDO (Chris Barberio x2434 or Kathy Meeker x2632) if you would like to apply or if you have questions.
