Menu announced for semester’s final Tuesdays at the Grille

The final Tuesdays at the Grille lunch of the semester will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13! The lunches will start up again at the end of January.

THURSDAY at the Grille

Salad Station: Fresh Fruit, Mixed Greens, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots, Croutons and 3 Choices for Dressing.

Soup Station: Roasted Corn and Shrimp Chowder

Live Action Station: Risotto Bar with your choice of Mushrooms, Chicken, Shrimp, Asparagus, Caramelized Onions, etc.

Main Buffet: Chicken Parmesan, Linguini, Vegetable Lasagna, Green Beans

Dessert Station: Chocolate Bread Parfaits & Almond Cake with Pears
