Join Assistant Professor Bharath Ramkumar on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the Union Square as he shares mindful practices that can enable an individual to not only deal with the stresses of daily life, but also to flourish mentally and physically in today’s challenging world.

By implementing mindfulness in everyday life, faculty can discover the inner power to grow professionally and make a positive impact on students and the academic community. This session explores the basics of mindfulness that can help incorporate this practice into one’s daily routine.
