2019 Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) for CSEA, PEF & classified M/C Employees

The Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) for 2019 allows eligible CSEA, PEF & classified M/C employees to exchange previously accrued annual leave (vacation) and/or personal leave for a credit to be applied toward their employee share of NYSHIP premiums on a biweekly basis. In no case can the credit available under the program be applied to the employer share of NYSHIP premiums.

The Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) for 2019 allows eligible UUP & unclassified M/C employees to exchange previously accrued annual leave (vacation) for a credit to be applied toward their employee share of NYSHIP premiums on a biweekly basis. In no case can the credit available under the program be applied to the employer share of NYSHIP premiums.

 

Eligible full-time and part-time employees who enroll in PEP for the 2019 plan year will forfeit leave at the time of enrollment in return for a credit to be applied toward the employee share of their NYSHIP premiums, in accordance with the PEP guidelines.  The detailed PEP program description is available at https://www.suny.edu/benefits/news/2018announcements/2019pep/.

The deadline to enroll in the 2019 PEP program is Friday, November 16, 2018Enrollment forms have been distributed to employees on campus.  If you need another form or have any questions, please call Human Resources at x2509.
