SURC to put spotlight on student research Friday

Our campus will welcome more than 250 students and faculty from 33 different SUNY and CUNY institutions and other guests to the SUNY Undergraduate Research Conference (SURC) this Friday, April 20. The event features presentations of research and creative activity projects in poster, oral and performance sessions, along with student professional development opportunities and offerings for faculty. Our own student presenters/co-authors number over 200, with 85 faculty mentors. Close to 300 projects from across the disciplines will be presented (~140 SUNY Oneonta projects).

Information is available on the SURC ’18 @ Oneonta website, including the full schedule and program details. Abstracts can be viewed on the SURC app, which includes a build-your-own agenda and other features, and is available in a Web Browser or as an iOS or Android app. Information is available on the Conference Map & App link.

Please review the SURC program and plan to attend as many presentation sessions and other SURC offerings as you can to support our own students and our guests from across the state.
