Tim Newton sings with Philharmonia Orchestra and Chorus in London

Tim Newton, Associate Professor of Music, sang Johannes Brahms’ Ein deutsches Requiem with the Philharmonia Orchestra and Chorus conducted by Michael Steffens, retired Principal Clarinetist of the Berlin Philharmonic and Bavarian Radio Orchestra. The concert was held at London’s Royal Festival Hall on the South Bank on Sunday, March 25, 2018, and was dedicated to the memory of Philharmonia Chorus Master, Berlin-based Stefan Bevier, for whom Tim had deputized in rehearsals in the previous year.
