“Editing Our Evolution: Rewriting the Human Genome,” a public forum discussion

The possibility of editing our own genomes is moving from science fiction to reality.  What should we do with this power? Who should decide?

Join us on Thursday, April 26, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the AJ Read Science Discovery Center for “Editing Our Evolution: Rewriting the Human Genome” to discuss drawing the line between therapy and enhancement, ensuring access to life-saving treatments, and making changes that will affect generations.

Program content was developed in conjunction with the Boston Museum of Science and funding provided by the National Science Foundation.

Light refreshments will be served.
