Salad Station: Fresh Fruit, Mixed Greens, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots, Croutons and 3 Choices for Dressing.

Soup Station: Potato Leek Soup

Live Action Station: Jambalaya and Gumbo Station with Shrimp, Chicken and Smoked Sausage

Main Buffet: Blackened Catfish, Creole Green Beans, Red Beans and Rice

Dessert Station: Traditional Mardi Gras King Cake and Chocolate Guinness Stout Cake
