Bacon Hall to offer “History Residence” living for upperclassmen

Bring Home the Bacon! This fall, sophomores, juniors and seniors who are history majors/minors, are studying a history-related discipline (such as Adolescence Education: Social Studies, ALS, Political Science or Anthropology), or have a proven interest in history will have the opportunity to live in Bacon Hall as part of a “History Residence” program.

Participants will live and study with other history students right next to the History Department! They will have access to quiet, spacious workrooms and a history lending library, and they’ll be able to enjoy special history events!

There may be a possibility of having roommates who aren’t history majors.

Please register your interest in the History Residence by contacting Dr. Mette Harder at or Dr. Matthew Hendley (chair) at BEFORE Feb 15, 2018.
