Salad Station: Fresh Fruit, Mixed Greens, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots, Croutons and 3 Choices for Dressing.
Soup Station: French Onion Soup and New England Clam Chowder Soup
Live Action Station: Shrimp Alfredo, Shrimp Scampi and Shrimp Fra Diavolo served over Linguini
Main Buffet: Grilled Marinated Flank Steak topped with Roasted Tomato and Bleu Cheese, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Lemon Butter Broccoli
Dessert Station: Strawberry Devonshire, Chocolate Lava Cake and Chocolate Covered Strawberries
