Celebration of life for Dr. Foster Brown to be held Sunday

There will be a celebration of life event for longtime faculty member emeritus, Dr. Foster Brown, this Sunday, Jan. 14, from 1 to 4 p.m. in Fitzelle Hall Atrium.  Guests are invited to share a favorite memory.

Dr. Brown died Dec. 1 at the age of 86.

He came to SUNY Oneonta in 1964 and, as a member of the Psychology department, taught statistical analysis, measurement, chaos theory and use of computers in psychology. He also team-taught subjects ranging from music theory to history, literature and philosophy.
