SUNY Oneonta Alumni Association Honors to 30 New Alumni

On Friday, September 29, 2017, 30 of SUNY Oneonta’s alumni were honored at the Alumni of Distinction Presentation of Honors. Fifteen alumni were able to travel to campus to receive their award in person. Alumni of Distinction honoree and Emmy award winner, Greg Floyd ’80, CBS News Broadcaster (Albany, NY) was the master of ceremonies and helped to welcome the newest inductees into this most prestigious group of alumni.
With the support of their family, friends, and fellow alumni, each honoree celebrated the night away with fine food and beverages while listening to the Rich Mollin group.

The SUNY Oneonta Alumni Association would like to thank Paul Carter and Hooked on Tonics who welcomed our attendees by performing at the start of the event, Julie Licata and Drag’n Rolls for kicking off the actual presenting of the honors and Tim Newton and VOCI for leading the audience in the college’s alma mater.
