We are looking for move in helpers on Wednesday, August 23 and Friday, August 25 as well as for staff at the information tables during orientation on August 23-25.
On Weds, our freshmen (1400+) will be moving onto campus; our new residential Transfer students (approximately 400) will be arriving on Friday. The Move-in Committee will be providing details about the structure and path of move-in as well on those two days via the Bulletin, email, and hard copy information sheets.

Please mark your calendar for a meeting at 2:30pm on 8/21(Monday) in Waterfront (Hunt Union) for ALL faculty and staff who will be participating in creating a positive welcoming experience for our freshmen and transfers. Volunteers will pick up their t-shirts and receive their assignments at that time.
