Out of the Darkness Walk for suicide prevention

The Counseling, Health & Wellness Center is working with the Student Association, the “NAMI on Campus” club (SA affiliated) and the local chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to hold a suicide prevention walk on campus. “Out of the Darkness Walks” help to raise money to fund local and national suicide prevention efforts but also provide support to those who struggle with suicidal thoughts and to people who have lost someone to suicide.

Please join us by registering to walk, having a team or donating to the event by following this link: http://afsp.org/suny.oneonta

You can also help support our efforts by hanging the attached flier in your area: suny-oneonta-walkIf you would like a printed copy of this flier instead, please contact Melissa Fallon-Korb at Melissa.Fallon@oneonta.edu. Thanks for your help and support!
