The Alumni Association’s annual Reunion Weekend will take place on June 2-4, 2017. Registration is now open! The weekend will feature a plethora of fun-filled events and activities, including our annual Red Dragon Welcome on Friday evening, Brooks BBQ Lunch on Saturday and the Bon Voyage Brunch on Sunday. One of our newest additions this year will be our “Lunch on the Quad” on Friday at noon. This will feature a “food truck” style luncheon on the quad for all to enjoy! We encourage current faculty/staff to attend!

Brett Heindl, Associate Professor of Political Science, has published an article, “Muslim Immigration and Religious Human Rights,” in the February 2017 issue of International Politics. The article explores how legal and philosophical blindspots in international human rights protections created opportunities for nativist groups to target Muslim immigrants in Western Europe.
