The next session of HELP! (Healthy Eating and Living Program) is scheduled for noon on February 1st in Morris Craven Lounge. Our guest speaker is Valery Worden, Personal Trainer, who will present “Health and Fitness: A Realistic Approach”
We will have a scale there for anyone interested in privately weighing themselves and you will be given a “passbook” to privately track your progress, if you so desire.
If you have any healthy recipes, great tips to stay on track or other information you’d like to share, please bring them with you or you can send them to me and I can make copies to share.
We will have pitchers of lemon water available but bring your lunch if you’d like.
