Hatha Yoga helps build awareness of your body and mind while gently stretching and strengthening. Hatha is a slow-paced and gentle Yoga that provides a basic introduction to Yoga poses. All levels of experience are welcome. Please do not wear any perfumes or scented lotions as some people are very sensitive to these. Wear unrestrictive, comfortable clothing. Bring a mat and water and please avoid eating prior to each class. Practicing barefoot is preferred. Please contact Rebecca Lynch in the Office of Continuing Education at x2690 with any questions.
This is a 10 week class and will be held on the following Tuesdays:
1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4, & 4/11
