Student Timesheets will now be Electronic!!

Hourly Temp Service (SAP) & Work Study employees will now complete their timesheets through the new electronic Time & Attendance System (TAS). The TAS system is designed to be an electronic replacement for the existing paper timesheets. Student employees will log into the system ( using their existing campus User ID and Password. Student employees will be able to enter and save their time in/out each pay period for their supervisors to approve. Students with multiple supervisors, account numbers and or rates of pay will have the ability to choose which supervisor and/or rate they need to enter time for. The updated pay schedule and associated due dates are posted online at An email notification process has been implemented within TAS. The notification process will provide an email to the student if a time record has been disapproved by the supervisor. Likewise, supervisors will receive an email if they have any pending time records awaiting approval on their work roster.
