We’ve been excited about ServiceNow since we started using it last year but we found that you were less enthusiastic. The interface was crowded, confusing, and full of things you didn’t need. We listened and have been working to provide you a streamlined and useful experience.
We have launched the new version. Visit the site to report issues, request services, check the status of your requests, incidents and projects, and search the knowledge base for answers to common questions.
We’re not done yet – we have a few enhancements still in development so look for more improvements in the coming months. Let us know what you think of the new interface and what you’d like to see in the future.
Of course, you can still call, email or stop by the IT Service Desk in Milne Library to get assistance but we hope that you’ll find the new interface a full-service location for all your technology needs!
